So stoked. I completed the last CrossFit games workout 14.5 and in good time. The first time I did it, I quit half way. Was so disappointed with myself, more so because I felt defeated before I even started.
I attempted it again today, (with superman capes), and just kept going. It was much easier when you think positive thoughts throughout.
Hopefully tomorrow I am not walking like a penguin during mating season.
