Jan's Day 66: Meow, The Cat Empire is in town!

Day 66 Happy Trigger: Long-awaited! The Cat Empire back in Singapore!

First saw them in action in 2003 (I think) at an outdoors gig, and was completely won over by their brand of music, but have never had the chance to see them live again till today.

Couldn't control myself and shouted with glee when they sang old favourites like Two shoes, Hello, and The Chariot. 

And it wasn't just me who was infected by the jovial music - I've never seen audiences actually dancing throughout a performance held at the Esplanade Concert Theatre!

These guys are as good as I remember them to be, and I'm so so happy to have an opportunity to catch them again. Can't wait for the next time!
