    Day 51 Happy Trigger: Getting stronger.

    I have to admit that I've grown addicted to weight training and the pain that comes with it. 

    It's kinda like loving the bruises back in pole days - sore muscles are the most direct reflection of hours of hard work.

    Call me masochistic, I love it anyway.
