    Ciiindee Day 43: And I will walk 10,000 steps


    So ever since getting the fit bit, my goal is to walk 10,000 steps per day. Which is pretty difficult since I am very sedentary at work.  On Crossfit days, I am okay with not hitting 10,000 steps as I know I have worked out really hard. But today, I just sat on my butt all-day-long and only had 4,000 steps recorded.

    So off I went on a walk, a very long walk that took ONE HOUR to get 6,000 steps. The reward at the end of the walk was almond soya bean. Which I loved. 

    Kinda defeated the whole purpose of walking. Oh well.
