Jean's Day 4: Caramelised lemon tart

Met up with a guy friend for dinner and while the food wasn't really fantastic, I ordered a caramelised lemon tart and IT WAS HOLY SHIT AWESOME. Creme brûlée with lemon goodness! But damn dinner was expensive. I told my friend that I'll say having dinner with him was the highlight of my day but honestly this tart rocked tonight man.
