Day 9 Happy Trigger: A big slab of cold silken tofu topped with pieces of century egg and fried shallots, sitting in a fragrant oyster sauce-based gravy that is the right balance of sweet and savoury.
Century eggs are an acquired taste, and I'm glad I know how to appreciate it.
