Day 4 Happy trigger: Surprises! First by the trainer who dropped some sick glut workouts on me after killer squats and deadlifts, then at Maison Ikkoku, a tight pub where you can tell the bartender what flavours you feel like for the night and have him surprise you.
In a nutshell, my legs are weak, both from the heavy weights and the strong drinks. But I'm a happy girl.
